Our association "From Nobody to Somebody" e.V. was founded in 2009. We have made it a matter of the heart to help women and children, especially widows and orphans, in northern Uganda.
We want to contribute through various projects so that they can have hope for their future.
We rely on the three pillars:
- Sponsorships for children
- Sales of handmade paper jewelry and
- Perazim property with lodge, kindergarten, school, medical care and church.

You have the opportunity to sponsor a child. A child who is enabled to go to school, to be fed, - to get a perspective on life.
Our women make beautiful necklaces out of paper, which you can purchase - a beautiful gift for friends and acquaintances and valuable jewelery for yourself. Because you know that you are giving the women the opportunity to take care of themselves. They give you back a piece of dignity.
You are also welcome to visit us in our lodge and experience a few wonderful days here on the edge of Uganda's largest national park. Wake up in the morning with a view of the Nile, experience the beautiful nature here, go on safari, relax in the evening with a beautiful sunset.
