Dear Sponsors,
We would like to inform you about an important change in our sponsorship program.
Over the past few years, individual sponsorships have enabled many children to attend school and secure a better future. For this, we are deeply grateful. At the same time, however, we have observed that individual sponsorships are increasingly creating significant inequalities among the children. Some children receive additional gifts, clothing, or money, while others receive nothing at all. Unfortunately, this repeatedly leads to tensions, disappointment, and problems within families and the school community.
For this reason, we have decided to discontinue individual sponsorships moving forward. Instead, we will be offering general sponsorships dedicated to our school and our work with the children.
In this way, donations will benefit all the children—supporting areas such as:
School fees
Learning materials
Meals
Medical care
Clothing and school uniforms
Improvements to school facilities
This allows us to provide aid more equitably and ensure that no child is either favored or disadvantaged.
Naturally, your continued support, love, and prayers for the children remain of inestimable value. By offering them, you are helping not just a single child, but an entire community of children.
