Finally, finally

Finally, finally

Finally it has come true.
Our children have been back in school for 5 weeks now. It's so nice when children's laughter sounds again and there's life on the compound. How long have we had to miss that.
Here are a few impressions of the morning activities. At 6:30 a.m. the morning prayer begins, which is led by the students themselves, they do the worship and sometimes even the prayer itself.
Then they gather outdoors for the morning assembly, where the Ugandan national anthem and the East African anthem are sung daily, and with real standing to attention.
At 8:00 a.m. the lesson begins.
We need Bibles for our students for our morning devotions and of course also for the church service. A Bible costs the equivalent of 5 euros, we need about 200 Good News Bibles.
We thank you very much for your donation so that the Word of God can grow more in our children.
How hard it is to just memorize verses and have His Word preached every day without ever being able to read and study it.
Love and Blessings from Uganda

Vision

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world."
(Jak. 1:27)

Our current project

With your help, the kitchen and the dormitories could be completed. Thank you so much to everyone who was there for us!

A simple community school is currently needed. Not all children in the surrounding villages can attend our school because the distances are too great and the paths too dangerous. Again and again you can encounter elephants, buffalos or other animals that cross to the Nile to drink water. For this reason we decided to build a primary school with four classrooms in one of the villages so that all children can go to school.

Such a building with four classrooms costs about 12,000 euros. A lot of thanks to a generous donation from Denmark, we were able to credit 3,500 euros. So we are only missing 8,500 euros.

A big thank you to everyone who makes this project possible. You can donate directly here.
