Dear Ones!
Today in these slowed down times I would like to take the opportunity to introduce you to some of our employees. When I write a newsletter, I end it with "my name plus team".
But who is this team?
On average, we have 40 employees on our site - sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on how many building sites we currently have. At the moment we are only 25 employees who all have to stay here. A week ago, the government ordered that work be allowed to continue, but that workers should not be allowed to leave the site to limit the possibility of corona disease. Most of our workers here have decided to stay i.e. they cannot see their families for at least two weeks.
The school and hotel staff left the premises completely 10 days ago because all schools and hotels were closed.

Our current project

Classrooms and Accommodation

At our village school in Got Apwoyo, we need more classrooms and accommodation for teachers. Currently, we only have the capacity to teach children from kindergarten to third grade. Many of the children then have to stop attending school because their parents don't have the money to send them to boarding school.
To start with, we need €10,000 for one classroom and two basic teacher accommodations.

Dear friends! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to Pastor Bismark's lightning-damaged house. As you can see in the photo, the new house is almost finished; all that's missing is the roof. Of course, a huge thank you from him and his entire family as well.
